This 'series' is the selection from which I will choose the 4 or 5 that I will use in my major work.
Any opinions on which ones I should use??
They photograms actually look brighter than this - more white in them. The photos of the photograms were underexposed.

That's a tough question. It all depends on how you are going to assemble them. and what mood you want to bring across.
I think all of them will work, both individually and together, in some way.
What can I see:
a few show movement, a few less so.
some are more suitable for putting together, side by side than others.
Across all 7 there seems to be a smooth transitional increase in relative brightness.
